Meet Your Therapist
A Therapist Who Believes Relationships Matter
Why I Became a Therapist.
I've always been fascinated by relationships and the ways we connect with one another. I believe healthy relationships have the power to strengthen individuals, families, and entire communities. At the same time, I know that communication challenges, anxiety, life stressors, and unresolved pain can create distance between the people who matter most.

Growing up, I saw how conversations about mental health were often overlooked or left unspoken. Many people struggled in silence, unsure of where to turn or how to talk about what they were experiencing. Those experiences inspired me to pursue a career where I could help people feel heard, understood, and supported as they navigate life's challenges and create meaningful change.

As a bilingual therapist, I understand how important it is to express yourself in the language that feels most natural. Our stories, emotions, and relationships are deeply connected to our culture, family experiences, and personal values. Being able to provide therapy in both English and Spanish allows me to help clients communicate openly, feel understood, and engage more fully in the healing process.

I earned my bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton and my master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. Since 2018, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals, couples, adolescents, and families through life's challenges, relationship struggles, and personal growth.

My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered therapy. I strive to create a space where clients feel genuinely heard while also gaining tools and insights they can use in their everyday lives.

Therapy is not about fixing who you are. It is about understanding yourself more fully, strengthening your relationships, and creating a life that feels aligned with your values and goals. My role is to walk alongside you, support your growth, and help you build lasting change.
